The Syrian Network for Human Rights documented the toll of Israeli military operations inside Syrian territory from 08/12/2024 until 06/10/2026, noting that they included killings, arbitrary detention and a violation of the sovereignty of the Syrian state.
According to the report, the Network recorded at least 453 ground incursions, concentrated in the governorates of Quneitra and Daraa, while Rif Dimashq saw fewer of them. These operations resulted in the killing of at least 69 people, alongside at least 162 cases of arbitrary detention.
The Network said it verified the figures by relying on its own records, the work of its field team, witness testimonies and public and official sources, stressing that they represent the minimum of the actual toll.
