The Central Authority for Oversight and Inspection released the results of its work during the month of August, which included oversight and judicial measures affecting violators and public funds.

Details
According to the data issued by the authority, oversight procedures were completed in 398 cases, 34 of which were referred to the competent judicial bodies to complete their legal course.
On accountability, 259 people were referred to the courts, disciplinary penalties were issued against 344 people, and 16 people were referred to the disciplinary court and disciplinary boards.
Financially, the authority reported collected sums of about 135,439,227 Syrian lira, equivalent to roughly 1,110,000 US dollars, alongside further sums still being pursued amounting to about 5,443,487,946 Syrian lira, or roughly 44,618,000 dollars.
These results fall along two tracks within a single month: judicial and disciplinary referrals against violators, and the sums collected or still being pursued on behalf of public funds.
