Pages on social media circulated a video claimed to be recent, showing delegations from several countries walking out of the United Nations General Assembly hall during a speech by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The Kashaf team checked the claim through digital tracing of the clip, which included splitting it into still frames and running a reverse search on them, along with reviewing the United Nations General Assembly's programme of work and the available official sources, and found that the video dates back to 26 September 2025 and documents representatives of a number of delegations leaving the hall during Netanyahu's speech at the time.
The review also showed that Netanyahu's speech before the General Assembly is scheduled for 24 September and had not yet been delivered as of the time the verification was prepared.
