Accounts on social media circulated a video claiming it shows the moment the car of Brigadier General Mohammed al-Jassem (Abu Amsha) of the Syrian Ministry of Defense exploded, during explosions that took place in Tal al-Eis in the southern Aleppo countryside.

Kashaf followed up on the report, split the video into still frames and ran a reverse search, and found that the video was published on 23 March 2020 and shows the moment a car bomb exploded in the centre of the city of Al-Bab in the eastern Aleppo countryside.
On reviewing media and local sources, Kashaf found no reliable source reporting a recent explosion of Brigadier General Mohammed al-Jassem's car.
Why is this claim misleading?
Out of temporal and geographic context: Republishing the attached video as if it showed a new incident, by taking it out of its temporal and spatial context, constitutes a misleading claim.
