Pages and accounts on social media circulated a video claiming it is recent and documents military mobilization by "Hezbollah" in the Bekaa region in preparation for a possible attack from Syria.
The fact-checking team digitally traced the clip by breaking it into still frames and running reverse image searches, alongside visual-fingerprint analysis and temporal tracking of the circulating copies, and found that the clip has been published since 2019, is tied to a different context, and bears no relation to current events.
