We also explain what was changed, why it was changed, and when the change was made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Channels for Submitting Complaints and Review Requests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Complaints or review requests may be submitted through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">The complaints form on the website (Form link)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Official email: complains@&#8230;&#8230;..<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Verified social media channels (WhatsApp\/Telegram links)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What We Accept for Review<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kashaf will review complaints that include one or more of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Errors in information, sourcing, quotations, or links.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">New verifiable evidence that changes the understanding of the claim.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Violations of platform principles (neutrality, privacy, copyright, safety).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">A methodological review request supported by clear arguments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may decline to review complaints that contain abusive language, unsupported allegations, or repeated submissions without new information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Complaint Handling Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Receipt and registration of the complaint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Review of the evidence and methodology within the published material.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Editorial decision:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">No change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Update<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Partial correction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Major correction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Withdrawal and replacement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Publication of the update or correction clearly within the material.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Communication with the complainant, if contact information is available.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Types of Corrections and How We Publish Them<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Type<\/th><th>When It Is Used<\/th><th>How It Appears to Readers<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Minor Correction<\/td><td>An error that does not change the overall meaning.<\/td><td>Corrected without a notice, or with a brief note if necessary.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Partial Information Correction<\/td><td>New information affecting details without changing the classification.<\/td><td>Marked as \u201cUpdate\/Correction\u201d with the date of modification.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Major Correction<\/td><td>A change affecting the classification or conclusion.<\/td><td>A clear correction note explaining what changed, why, and the date of modification.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Withdrawal \/ Replacement<\/td><td>A serious error or professionally unsound material.<\/td><td>Removal or replacement with corrected material, along with an explanation of the reason.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right of Reply<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the complaint comes from a party directly concerned with the claim, they have the right to present their evidence.
